If you want to get a developer job then join small scale company for your first job because

1)These companies work on tight
budget and schedule. They do not
have the funds or time to hire an
absolute fresher and then train him
or her on the necessary skills.
How to handle it: Learn PHP, HTML,
CSS, JavaScript and JQuery before
you apply to these companies.
2. Even if these companies recruit
freshers with no knowledge of PHP,

training period (one to three

company. After the training period,

for your career if you do not switch
jobs very frequently. If you change
jobs every six months, the next

leave them also very fast and that
